	Delhi High Court make squashes of the order appealed by Army Chief The Delhi High Court repealed an order by the Army Chief discharging more than 26,000 Army personnel below officer rank and Junior Commissioned Officers on the grounds of their being of “low medical category”. Supreme Court stays Allahabad High Court order on the suspension of State Chief Information Commissioner. The Supreme Court has stayed an order passed by the Allahabad High Court staying suspension of the State Chief Information Commissioner.

	Special Court will give its report on 21Nov. regarding the serial blast case in church in 2000. The special court, will pronounce final judgment on November 21 of the serial blasts at churches in Karnataka in June-July 2000. Karnataka High Court adjoins Sakrama case The Karnataka High court granted four weeks to the State Government when Advocate-General Uday Holla said a Cabinet subcommittee was looking into the scheme. Mr. Holla made this submission when several Public Interest Litigation (PIL) petitions challenging the Sakrama scheme came up for hearing. Delhi High Court inquires Police Commissioner for not registered the FIR last year. The Delhi High Court on Wednesday asked the Police Commissioner of Delhi to file an affidavit explaining why the police had not registered a case on a complaint by a woman about alleged murder of her brother in August last year.

According to Madras High Court a husband and wife living under one roof can possess only one Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) connection in either of their names and not two separate connections. Allahabad High court issue contempt to Jhansi Special Judge. The Allahabad High Court on Tuesday issued contempt notice to a special judge of Jhansi for having passed an award despite a stay given by the court.
