THIS GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY is

Mr. __________ residing at _________, hereinafter referred
to as 'EXECUTANTS'
TO AND INFAVOUR OF
___________, Mr.____________, S/o. Mr._________ Hindu
aged about ______, years, residing at ___________, hereinafter
referred to as the 'ATTORNEY'
WHEREAS the EXECUTANTS are the absolute owners of all
that piece and parcel of land to an extent ___________________
more fully described in the SCHEDULE hereto and described
herein after as the SCHEDULE PROPERTY.
Whereas:
The principals are desirous of forming layouts, developing
and selling the SCHEDULE PROPERTY.
The EXECUTANTS are desirous of appointing the ATTORNEY,
and by this Power of Attorney empowers ATTORNEY to execute
all such acts, deeds and things that are necessary for
forming Lay outs and selling the SCHEDULE PROPERTY.
The ATTORNEY has agreed to act for and on behalf of
the EXECUTANTS
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS
Creation of power and powers of the Agent:
The EXECUTANTS do hereby appoint, constitute and nominate
the said ATTORNEY to be the true and lawful attorney
of the EXECUTANTS and to execute the following acts,
deeds and things on behalf of the EXECUTANTS in respect
of the SCHEDULE PROPERTY.
Power to develop the property
- To Manage, Control and supervise the management
of the SCHEDULE PROPERTY of the EXECUTANTS.
- The power ATTORNEY is hereby empowered to carry
on any development in the SCHEDULE mentioned property
and also to form Lay Outs and for that purpose the
agent is empowered to do the following acts namely.
- To sign, prepare and submit plans, affidavits, applications,
letters, indemnities, Undertakings, authorizations,
bonds, and corrections before the Government and other
appropriate authorities, including the Revenue Authorities,
Directorate of Town and Country Planning, and other
authorities as the case may be, for the purpose of
obtaining the necessary permissions, for the lay out
of the SCHEDULE PROPERTY carry out the subdivision
or re classification of the SCHEDULE PROPERTY, demolition
of existing building/s apartment/s and Sanctions,
in respect of all and any development, construction
and other works to be carried out on the SCHEDULE
PROPERTY.
- To pay, deposit or withdraw or obtain refund of
any deposit, compensation or money from planning Authorities
or Government authority either on application or by
order of court, by cash or by other negotiable instruments
in the name of the Principal and for the said purposes
to sign any voucher or receipt or Challan on behalf
of the EXECUTANTS.
And generally to do all such acts, deeds and things,
which the said Attorney deems as necessary for the purpose
of effectively implementing the aforesaid powers herein,
granted in respect of the SCHEDULE PROPERTY.
