TO AND INFAVOUR OF

residing at ___________, herein after called the PURCHASER
(which expression shall, unless it is repugnant to the
context, mean and include its legal representatives)
WHEREAS
The VENDOR herein is the absolute owner of ________
situated at _________, in the Sub-registration District
of ______, in the Registration District of __________
more fully described in the Schedule mentioned herein
below; and
The schedule mentioned property was purchased by the
VENDOR under a Deed of Sale dated _____________ and
registered as Document Number: ___________in the office
of the Sub-Registrar at ______.
The VENDOR agreed to sell the schedule mentioned property
and the PURCHASER has agreed to purchase the same from
the VENDOR for a consideration of Rs. ________/- (Rupees
_______ only).
NOW THIS DEED OF SALE WITNESSTH AS FOLLOWS:
That in pursuance of the said Sale agreement,
the PURCHASER tendered the balance of sale consideration
of Rs. _______/- by way of _____________, in the name
of the VENDOR, and the same having been realised by
the VENDOR, the VENDOR hereby acknowledges the receipt
of the consideration in full.
In pursuance of the said agreement and in consideration
of the amount of Rs. __________/-, the VENDOR does hereby
transfer, convey and assign by way of absolute sale
the property more particularly described in the Schedule
mentioned herein below with all the estate, right, title
and interest of the VENDOR to have and to hold the same,
unto the PURCHASER, absolutely and forever, free from
all encumbrances, claims, demands, attachments and claims.
