DEED OF TRUST
This Deed of Trust is made at_________ on this __ day
of __, 200_
BETWEEN
Mr._____son of Mr.____, Indian, Hindu, aged about __ years,
residing at _____, hereinafter referred to as “ The Settlor”
(which expression shall, unless it is repugnant to the
context, mean and include his legal representatives, executors
and administrators) of the FIRST PART;
AND
1. Mr.___, S/o. Mr.____, Indian, Hindu, aged about ___
years, residing at _____;
2. Mr.__, S/o. Mr. ___, Indian, Hindu, aged about __ years,
residing at ____;
Hereinafter referred to as the “TRUSTEES” (which expression
shall, unless it is repugnant to the context, mean and
include their survivor or survivors and other Trustee
or Trustees for the time being of the Trust herein mentioned)
of the “OTHER PART”.
DEFINITIONS:
“Settlor” - The person who declares confidence in respect
of his property or money or both, the ownership of which
he vests in a person or persons, for the benefit of another
person or another person and himself.
PURPOSE
WHEREAS the aforesaid SETTLOR are desirous of creating
a Trust called “____”, hereinafter referred to as “the
said Trust” for carrying out public charitable objects
and purposes by extending the benefit thereof to all,
irrespective of class, community, creed for the relief
of poor, and advancement of any object of general and
public utility.
Corpus of the Trust
The Settlor owns a piece of land situated at ________
and more particularly described in the schedule hereunder.
AND NOW THE PARTIES hereto are desirous of recording the
purposes, objects, use of Trusts as also the terms and
conditions of the said Trust as follows:
NOW THIS DEED WITNESSETH THAT in order to carryout the
said desire of the Settlor, the Settlor doth hereby grant
or transfer unto the Trustees the said Trust property
described in the schedule hereto, together with all buildings
and structures and together with all the easements, rights,
liberties and privileges TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same
unto the Trustees for the use and upon the Trust.
OBJECTS OF THE TRUST:
The income as also corpus of the Trust Funds shall be
applied only for charitable purposes and objects, such
as ______and in or towards any one or more of the following
objects
INVESTMENT OF FUNDS:
All monies forming part of the Trust Fund and requiring
investment shall be
invested in the name of at least two of the Trustees for
the time being; or in the name of the Trust;
NUMBER OF TRUSTEES:
The number of Trustees shall not be less than ___ and
more than ___ at a time. The Trustees shall be entitled
to appoint an additional Trustee or Trustees as and when
they deem fit. The said Trustees shall act as Trustees
for life until they resign or otherwise vacate their office
or are removed as hereinafter contained.
QUORUM: ________ trustees shall form a quorum at all meetings
of the Trustees.
The Trustees shall have the power by an unanimous resolution
in that behalf to modify, enlarge or terminate any of
the objects and purposes of these presents or any other
power or provisions of these presents if deemed necessary
for the functioning of the Trust.
Dispute Clause
Any dispute arising under this agreement shall be submitted
to the court having jurisdiction in this regard.

All that piece and parcel of the land and building consisting
of an independent house at survey no: ____________
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Settlor/settlors and the said Trustees
have hereunto set and subscribed their respective hands
